We are looking to fill several ‘Guest Service Team Member’ positions with individuals who are interested in joining the Club Privata family. This is a paid position and applicants will have an interview with our team. This is a great position to supplement an income or a part time job while getting an education, it provides access to Club Privata at no cost on nights off.  

Guest Service Team Member duties include: giving guests tours, assisting guests with questions, cleaning rooms, picking up glassware, and other duties as assigned.

This is an hourly position that pays $15.40 per hour.

 Must be able to commit to working a minimum of 2 Fridays and 3 Saturdays per month.

Front Door Team Member duties include:
Checking ID to ensure that each member is old enough to legally enter the club, having new members sign electronic waiver, banding VIP members, assisting guests with questions and concerns, and other duties as assigned.

Must be certified or be able to be certified through the State of Oregon's Unarmed Event and Entertainment Certification. To be granted this certification you cannot have a criminal background as you must be able to pass a background check with fingerprints.

Must have earned one of the following:
A high school diploma; a General Education Development (GED) certificate; or a four-year, post-secondary degree issued by an accredited degree-granting college or university.

This is an hourly position that pays $18 per hour.

Ability to commit to approximately 4-6 shifts per month on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Anytime they are not working, employees can visit the club with a +1 without paying door fee or membership. *This is an extremely high value and is essentially a free VIP membership for the staff member while working at the club! *

When not working, employees receive 1 complimentary drink token per personal visit.
When working, food and non alcoholic beverages are complimentary for employees.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, friendly, and hard working. Shift hours are Thursday 7:30pm to 2:00am and Friday and Saturday 7:30pm to 3:00am, with sign up sheets sent out in advance.

We are looking for people who have visited Club Privata at least once before. If you haven’t, come visit us soon and then share your interest!

Shifts available on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and occasional Sunday nights.

During big events (Halloween, New Years, Anniversary Party) it is all staff on deck, meaning all paid team members will be needed.

When working consumption of marijuana, illegal substances, or alcoholic beverages is prohibited.

When working, on break, or in Club Privata attire physical contact is not permitted with guests.
